the hotel boasts gorgeous architecture , with cute and vast entrance rooms. i found the facilities quite excellent and enjoyed the lovely views. the staff was polite and helpful .
the valet parking presented a challenge , when busy, it took 40 minutes to retrieve my car. this delay created an inconvenience , especially when i needed to leave quickly. i would appreciate a more efficient parking service.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The location proved excellent. It was close to key attractions. The hotel has restaurants with delicious food, so making reservations is a smart idea. I also found nearby eateries to be quite convenient.
I discovered valet parking is the only parking option. I did have to wait a bit to get my car.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service

I stayed in a Fairmont Double Room. The room was very clean with tasteful décor. Bath products had a lovely rose scent, a detail I noted. Staff promptly shipped my computer charging cables back home after I mistakenly left them behind, showing great customer service.
The only parking option was valet, a notable expense I hadn't planned for.

The location was perfect for exploring. Valet service was five star and staff were excellent. I found the history of the place unique. It was a unique experience.
The bed had a thin blanket it was hardly enough to keep warm. The bathtub drain did not seal properly. I could not take a proper bath. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals.
