a decent experience overall
friendly staff comfortable bed good food leaky plug limited tcm needed attention
every staff member was friendly. they were helpful. the room was clean. it had a classically charming design. the bed was very comfortable too. zoe's offered good service. the food tasted good.
the plug in the bathtub didn't quite seal properly. i think there should be more tcm on the tv stations. i was upgraded to a suite, but some things still needed attention.

Really good Hospitality in Landmark Location

The front desk staff was helpful and very accommodating. I found the bed quite comfortable. The hotel provided useful amenities . The valet parking service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated a lot.
The elevators seemed slow at times, causing some delays when going to higher floors. More elevators could alleviate wait times. This would improve guest experiences overall. I found this quite inconvenient.

The location is convenient near historical sites and a shopping mall. Many restaurants are close by within a short walk. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
The washroom was renovated but small. There was no Chromecast enabled in the room which felt dated. The restaurant visit was disappointing during breakfast.

grand hotel delight
gorgeous architecture vast entrance
the hotel boasts gorgeous architecture , with cute and vast entrance rooms. i found the facilities quite excellent and enjoyed the lovely views. the staff was polite and helpful .
the valet parking presented a challenge , when busy, it took 40 minutes to retrieve my car. this delay created an inconvenience , especially when i needed to leave quickly. i would appreciate a more efficient parking service.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The location proved excellent. It was close to key attractions. The hotel has restaurants with delicious food, so making reservations is a smart idea. I also found nearby eateries to be quite convenient.
I discovered valet parking is the only parking option. I did have to wait a bit to get my car.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service
clean room tasteful décor excellent service
I stayed in a Fairmont Double Room. The room was very clean with tasteful décor. Bath products had a lovely rose scent, a detail I noted. Staff promptly shipped my computer charging cables back home after I mistakenly left them behind, showing great customer service.
The only parking option was valet, a notable expense I hadn't planned for.

The location was perfect for exploring. Valet service was five star and staff were excellent. I found the history of the place unique. It was a unique experience.
The bed had a thin blanket it was hardly enough to keep warm. The bathtub drain did not seal properly. I could not take a proper bath. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals.
